The Residence 28 at the Rotundait is a house from the 1800s, received by the current owners Annalisa and Antonella from their beloved aunts Silvia and Maria, who have contributed with love and dedication to their growth.The residence stands in the area formerly occupied by the Convent of the Nuns of the SS Trinità and San Francesco, and has recently been the subject of a passionate and meticulous renovation which has made it possible to preserve and enhance the peculiarities of the ancient building, bringing to light the masonry inside, the old wooden beams and the ancient floors, which have been revived, transmitting to those who visit it the love that characterized the people who had inhabited it; aunt Silvia and aunt Maria.
This tourist rental consists of 3 large double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, with a room reserved as a common area equipped with a beautiful and modern kitchen complete with small appliances necessary for a pleasant stay. The kitchen looks out through a large window onto the planted internal garden, where there is a small outbuilding.
Located in the heart of Rovigo with a direct view of the Church of the Beata Vergine del Soccorso called La Rotonda, hence the name, it represents the ideal place to enjoy the beauties of the city and, with a short walk, being located in a privileged position, you can visit the whole historic center in a few steps.

We have taken care of all the details to ensure that our rooms are warm and comfortable, furnished with period furniture and Persian carpets which have been skilfully combined with modern furnishings, such as comfortable padded double beds and spacious wardrobes: each room, with private bathroom, it offers color TV, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, wifi and soundproofing from outside noise.

Inside our bathrooms we always find elements of the history of this house: sometimes details of the masonry, or the old bathtub, the old cement tiles (Venetian terrace) which made up the original floors of the house, relocated to make the environments. They are all equipped with showers, mirrors and hairdryers and current services and functions. It is our care to offer guests a courtesy set for short stays.
